It is quite possible to pass one night before departure, but only if it is not New Year's Eve - the staff clearly could not cope ... A day later I returned here - the situation became much calmer, the room was much cleaner. The food is good, the staff are nice guys. The level of the hotel is about 2 *. On my next transfers to Delhi, it is quite possible that I will stay here.

This hotel provides the best cake for money ..The staff and management were excellent and attended to all of my needs The room was very big and kept to high standard . The breakfast was superb offering a wide variety of dishes. I was here for medically treatment and the staff went out of they way to make my stay comfortable..

We felt the photos were a deceitful and the room was dirty,sheets unclean,full of dust, plates at buffet were not clean. Overall experience was very poor and would not recommend it . We had booked this for our return trip but did not go there, due to our previous experience. They did not even have the courtesy to check in why we did not arrive. Very poor experience.

I checked in early this morning directly from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, and I must say that my stay at Viva Palace, Mahipalpur has been delightful. From the reception to the room, I was greeted warmly and made comfortable despite the early hour. I will definitely be coming back.
