Hotel Le Roi Express @ Karol Bagh

Always stay here whenever im in delhi! Very clean, nearby everything, easy access to main road! Room also comfortable!

Stayed 5 nights at this hotel and was amazed with the everything there... cleanliness is mind blowing no bad odour, all the staff are so nice, they care for each and every small thing... Ravi and Abhishek are exceptional at the reception there isn't anything they can't solve for you... the food is amazing at the restaurant and the staff Deepanshu and Ankita are so caring, they make you feel like family... location for Delhi it is one of the safest place to be, it is known as the student area so very safe to walk around even night times... the only problem is if u have late checkouts even if it is for only few hours they will ask u to pay for 1 whole day it's their hotel policy... so if u have late checkouts be ready for it... otherwise was amazed with the hotel services and will surely go back there

Good and Clean Hotel

After the terrible experience of our previous hotel in Delhi, we were so suspicious so before finalizing the room we asked to check the room first and to our surprise it was beyond our expectations, we knew the design is mininal and modern but only when we came in to the room we realized how clean the room is and the nice smell in the room was pleasant also. We assume it must be built or rennovated recently . At first we planned to stay here for only a couple of days from 5th to 7th of Feb and switch our hotel to some other areas of the city, but we liked it here so much that we decided to extend our stay in this hotel for another week. No matter you choose the family room or the executive (we have been in both) or the deluxe one (we've checked this one as well) the cleanness and quality of services are the same. Every morning, they come for room cleaning to change the beddings, towels, mobbing the floor and provide fresh bottle water and they are very efficient. Tea and coffee, Iron &board are grab and go meaning that they are available down the hall and you can use them upon your need. Personal kit like dental,shaving,comb and hair dryer are not in the room but they are available on request. There is also a safe box in the room so you can leave your valuable stuff in while surfing the crowded street of Delhi. The breakfast buffet is good too! Eventhough the main menu is indian but there options for those who prefer non spicy from fruits to range of veggies and cereal to jams and honey and omelet.... The staff from reception to cleaning and dining are all nice, cooperative and responsive. The area in which the hotel is located is called Karol bagh in central Delhi, and it's a 6 minute walk distance from the hotel to the Karol bagh Metro station which is super convenient. Mattress, pillow and bedsheets were very neat and clean and comfortable. staffs are very polite and humble but very less attention to be paid towards drainage system. sometime water lagging problem is there in few rooms.
