Hotel D Capitol Delhi Airport

The pictures online are NOTHING like what it looks like in person. The pillowcases still have someone's hair on them, and are unclean. There is an open wall covered up with some kind of particle board, letting in all of the beeping and sounds of the city directly. When I checked in, I wasn't even sure they had my reservation. The TV doesn't work. The AC doesn't work and the remote doesn't even have batteries. It's dirty and weird. The card holder for the electric fell down off of the wall. When I arrived there was no towel, but they brought me a grungy one. I'm not sure there aren't spy cameras in the room and I certainly don't feel comfortable taking off my clothes or taking a shower. When I arrived the front desk guy came with me and showed me around the room and wouldn't leave. He offered to give me a massage and also he offered me a beer. He told me I was beautiful and cute. I don't even feel like unpacking my suitcases or settling in. I asked if it was safe to walk around outside of the hotel but I was told I could get room service. There is no phone in the room so I walked down the 3 flights of stairs (no elevator). At that point I found that the door did not lock. You can just push it open. I mentioned this at the front desk but they didn't care. have the chair in front of the door with my bag. This place is ridiculously deplorable. No one should stay here.

Reasonable service and facilities with price paid. Can’t expect fancy full fantasy however with charges paid okay. Need maintenance. May not suitable for international travelers. Quality comes with price.

Neat and clean room helpful staff food quality awesome I realy injoy my trip thanks we will be back very soon.
