We had a great time at this hotel. They upgraded our rooms to lake view and provided us an exclusive butler whose name is MaoJiaXin. She is very helpful and attentive to our needs. She makes it easier for us to enjoy our stay at the hotel. In addition, they have a lot of amenities the children can enjoy. We wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back again.

Environment: The garden view is beautiful. I live in Building 2 and can see the lake. I went out for a walk in the morning. There were few people, it was cool and the view was beautiful. It was a very good experience.

Hygiene: The room is simple and tidy, very atmospheric. The lobby and corridor are very clean and fragrant.

Facilities: I went to the swimming pool, it was so comfortable, the locker room was very private, and the water was very clean. There were not many people on May Day.

Service: The staff I met were very gentle and polite, and they would help solve any needs.

This time I stayed with my parents, and my parents liked it very much. The main reason is that the location and scenery are so great, I will want to come again.

The hotel is located on the mountain with a good environment. There is a private bath in the garden. The water comes out quickly, is very hot and very comfortable. The only flaw is that the bottom of the bathtub is yellow. Although the hotel gave an explanation, it is still unacceptable. We changed rooms with the coordination of Ctrip. The bathtub in the back room was very clean and we were very satisfied.

Stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. It is a state guesthouse, so the environment is beautiful, and it is the best location to appreciate the Moon Hotel. The housekeeper Xiao Wang has a good service attitude. He will take the initiative to ask if there is anything needed every day, and also introduce the projects of Dragon Dream Park in detail. The driver of the hotel battery car is very nice and took us to Taihu Tower to see the scenery. The level of travel photography in the hotel is good, and the relatives are very satisfied. The hotel is not far from Dragon Dream Park. The zoo, the big circus, and the ancient town are all very fun, and the two performances are also very exciting. Let me talk about some minor flaws. The breakfast is not very rich, the taste is relatively ordinary, and there is no freshly squeezed juice. The small wontons and pan-fried buns are not bad. The three large bottles in the bathroom are stuck in the wall and cannot be pressed. The countertop and the bridle are too far away from people and are inconvenient. The red and blue marks of hot and cold water on them are only the size of rice grains, and the elderly cannot see them clearly. Overall, it is quite good and I will come again if I have the chance.

I am quite satisfied with this hotel stay. I booked a pirate theme room, which is very suitable for a family with 2 children. It can be bunked and very fun. There is also a slide on the same floor of the hotel, which the children love. The surrounding environment is very good and the air is fresh. In addition to outdoor amusement facilities and camping sites, there is also a large children's park, and tickets are free. There are 5 floors inside, which is suitable for older children, 4 or 5 years old. We are still a little small, and we are quite scared of each slide. There is also a DIY room, which is free to play, and you can also pay to draw hats, clay dolls, canvas bags, etc., which is very interesting. Probably because it is Children's Day on June 1, there is a bonfire party in the evening, and the children can play games together and like it. Overall, it is very good in terms of entertainment, and I am very satisfied with this aspect.
Let me talk about the minor shortcomings: in terms of facilities, 1. There is a problem with the air conditioning facilities in the room we stayed in. It was beeping and jumping randomly, and it couldn't be turned off. It was mainly at 6 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well, so I called to repair it. 2. Our toilet didn't work after flushing it for the second time. The water injection was very slow, and the master who came to repair it also said that there was a problem, but there was nothing he could do. The facilities in the room are average. It doesn't affect the children, so it doesn't matter.
I feel that there are villas and so on being built in the back, and there should be many unfinished projects. I will come back to experience it next time~

The hotel is very suitable for traveling with children
The hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Children will have a blast in the outdoor swimming pool in summer.
The overall decoration of the hotel is really holiday-style. There are large water features and sculptures outdoors... and the fragrance of flowers is always wafting. I felt Sanya in a trance.
The outdoor Sensen Sports Field is a non-powered park. The playability and richness are much better than many public parks. Tree houses, zip lines, climbing, sand pits, balance beams, trampolines, etc. are rich and fun.
The indoor park car town is similar to Nailbao, with two floors that are very luxurious. After breakfast on the day of check-out, the children went to play for another morning. The children were happy, and the mother could also rest assured in the room.
You can feed small animals in the cute pet park, and you can interact with them up close. The alpacas and deer are very well behaved. There are also birds, lambs, rabbits, ponies and many other small animals.
The hotel has a beach, where children play in the sand and watch the sunset. Who can tell whether it is by the lake or the sea?
A peninsula extends from the beach. Watching the sunset there is super beautiful.
At 7 o'clock in the evening, the beach starts a bonfire party. Around the bonfire, we jump and jump with Sen Sen Bobo.
The breakfast is also very rich. Adults and children can find their favorite food. Check-in at the door and the seat are orderly. There are many people on holidays, so you will have to queue for a while. The staff is very considerate to bring toys to comfort the children.
Fruits will be delivered in the afternoon. Aunt Tong is very enthusiastic and says that you can call 8888 if you have any problems. It really came in handy. Dad ate the banana and the baby cried. He called the hotel for help. Aunt Tong quickly brought bananas. Seeing that the baby kept crying, she specially brought biscuits and yogurt.
After checking in, the housekeeper Wenwen helped us take all the luggage up and took us to the room. She was very considerate to arrange our two-day itinerary. Whenever we asked for something, she would reply in seconds and respond to every request.
