Extremely disappointed with service. Denied complimentary water as lifetime elite platinum member. I appreciate the front desk clerks willingness to call their manager. Unfortunately, ‘management’ was unwilling to fulfill this request. Really sad that management would decide to create a moment of dissatisfaction over a $0.50 bottle of water. I’m also a Diamond member with Hilton. I’ll be moving my business there.

We were set to stay at this hotel yesterday while a family member was scheduled for a procedure at Dupot Children’s Hospital. The surgery was canceled so we needed to cancel this reservation. I spoke to Christian, I believe he is the assistant general manager. He was extremely helpful and just really kind. When life happens, it’s nice to have someone that is understanding and compassionate while making changes in travel. Thank you Christian for all your help!! ~Kimberly

Delightful gal at check in, could not have been nicer. Do wish I had noticed when booking that breakfast is not included. Not a deal breaker, but we probably would have stayed somewhere where breakfast is included in the price. This hotel has a bistro and you can purchase breakfast. We will probably go out rather than pay here.

The pool was out of order and site didn’t say it was. Laundromat was out of service and wasn’t posted on site either .. they didn’t have clean towels and when i said something to manager he didn’t care .
