Esperienza pessima per la gestione del front desk e della colazione: il condizionatore della stanza funzionava male e non abbiamo ricevuto assistenza, ma la parte peggiore è stata la colazione. Mezz’ora prima del termine era tutto finito, direi saccheggiato, non c’era personale a cui chiedere e, quando la richiesta è stata fatta, la risposta è stata scortese e senza risultato. Abbiamo chiesto più volte di avere avena, uova, yogurt, impasto per i waffle, addirittura caffè, ma abbiamo ottenuto solo alcune cose e con molta difficoltà. Abbiamo chiesto più volte di parlare con la manager, ma non è stato possibile. Aggiungo anche che la ragazza del front desk è stata di una scortesia quasi aggressiva, anche al momento del check out. Un hotel da evitare.

The only downside to the room was that the curtains were sheers and they weren't dark to keep out light. Everything else was wonderful.

Room was clean and staff was very helpful. There were no extra pillows for one of our guests that needed extras and no extra chair could be provided for our room
