My wife and I just spent a weekend at the Inn just last week, We cannot over emphasize how wonderful the Great Island Inn was. The building is c.1820 and fits into the town perfectly. We chose room #5 for the river/water view. It was fantastic. The room was immaculate and very well appointed. The decor of the room and the hallways was a perfect match to the quaint coastal town. The amenities and comfort supplies and goodies made us feel at home and very welcome during our stay. Radiant heated bathroom floors?! Yes please. Nice touch. Relaxation and comfort are clearly a top priority of those who created this amazing hideaway. If you are wondering about paying a visit to the Great Island Inn, just do it. You won't regret it.

Great apartment!
The apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and the although it was on the street it was super quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

This is the best place to stay in the area. Adorable apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom. Walkable area with a breakfast lunch spot next door.

Wonderful Location
Everything about the space was comfortable! Walking distance to a beach, room darkening shades, wonderful hair and body products, clean and new. I wish bath robes were provided.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful island
Beautiful place! Love the interior and the clean huge bathroom with nice washer and dryer. They even had detergent for us. We walked a few blocks to the beach and the neighbors houses were also very pretty too. Nice hotel we would definitely stay there again if we visit the island in the future!
