Breakfast is free, and lunch and dinner are 30 yuan for four dishes and one soup, which is very affordable. Although the homestay has a public bathroom, there are only two rooms on a floor, so it doesn't feel inconvenient. It's less than ten minutes' drive from the International Convention and Exhibition Center, 50 Egyptian pounds, equivalent to about 7 yuan. It's very convenient.
