Everyone was very welcoming and our room (the Sassafras) was very spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the pool on a 37 degree day in January. There are several restaurant choices near the Inn. Timothy’s restaurant (2 minutes from Inn) is recommended for an asian cuisine. The Four Winds ****** is ten minutes from the Inn. The yoga/wellness instructor, Ferris met us in our room for a private 1:1 session. Ferris did an excellent job of relaxing & relieving muscle tension for both of us. Breakfast can be served privately to your room (for an up charge) or you can join other guests in the common kitchen area for some light conversation and breakfast. This is a great getaway to catch a break from the hustle of life.

Goldberry Woods is a truly spectacular property! The owners are outstanding hosts who make you feel right at home. I thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities during my stay. The room was beautiful and unique, with charming details that added to the experience. One of my favorite moments was sitting by the fireplace with a glass of wine, it was so relaxing. Before bed, I indulged in a soothing soak in the tub, which was the perfect way to relax. The next morning, a took a peaceful walk along the trail to the river, soaking in the beauty of nature. While a returned, I was treated to a delicious breakfast that was simply delicious. I also made sure to take full advantage of the heated pool and the hot tub, which added the perfect touch to an already amazing winter escape. Everything about my stay was excellent. It was such a cozy and delightful getaway. I can't wait to return!!

I needed a solo trip to collect my thoughts before a busy semester started, filled with writing, teaching, and other projects. Goldberry Woods provided a perfect setting, in one of the cabins. It was lovely, peaceful, safe, and inspiring!

We took a day to visit some wineries and stayed the night at Goldberry. I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and kindness of the staff and owner. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was very delicious. We hope to return with a group of friends in the future!

My girlfriend and I came to get away and celebrate new years together. Once we arrived we looked around and instantly decided this place is great and we also want to experience it in the summer. Everyone we met were super friendly. Shout out to Carly! Thanks again

This was the second year we had a small company retreat. We had the inn to ourselves which was a bonus. Everyone we came in contact with were so nice and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We felt very relaxed and well taken care of.

As other reviews have noted, the property is amazing. We stayed in the Aero trailer, and it was a super cool experience. It felt like going back in time with the 70s vibe, but still everything worked perfectly and was modern where needed. We cooked out by our own fire pit, hiked all the trails on property, enjoyed the pool and hot tub (a lot more than we thought! The temps were perfect and when it started to rain outside it was a great break from hiking), ping pong and old school arcade games and pool. The breakfast in the morning was phenomenal, and all the staff friendly and helpful. We love SW MI and would definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

Perhaps the most beautiful property I have ever visited! The Inn and all the surrounding structures on the farm are clean, warm, and inviting with charming decor throughout. The trails near the creek are amazing and truly bring you peace. Julie and Eric go above and beyond in making you feel relaxed and at home at this gorgeous piece of heaven. Sitting by the bonfire, just outside of their beautiful barn, underneath the stunning trees decorated by soft lights, truly bring visitors a calming feeling. Waking up and taking in all the aromas of breakfast being prepared and then having the joy of enjoying it was amazing! We cannot wait to come back and see it's charm throughout different seasons. Thank you for an amazing little getaway!!!
