Motel 6 New Braunfels, TX

Will stay again.

The Motel is somewhat basic (limited toiletries and no in-room coffee machine, but does include a in-room microwave and refrigerator), but clean & the bed comfortable. I stayed one night, and was so eager to drive home, I stupidly left behind a library book and a couple personal magazines. The staff went out of their way to send me the book and magazines (I sent a self-addressed mailer). They called to clarify what I needed. The service was top notch!

My daughter and her friend checked into this motel Around 1 AM in the morning and left before 2 o'clock did not stay even 1 hour because of roaches. And roach poop on the floor in smell bad and loud screaming and fighting outside the rooms. Again, we're not even there 1 hour. And they had to drive over thirty miles to san antonio to find another hotel because everything was booked up? The hotel still charge me for one night? Stating because that w they were there several hours? when in fact they were only there 1 hour at the most. Maybe an hour and a half.? There's no way they were there several hours because they had already checked into their hotel in san antonio by three a m.! Do not stay at this motel, it is nasty. It has roaches, it has people screaming. Make a noise and management does not care and they will not give you your money back even if you only stay one hour.!! My daughter and her friend had an event the next morning. So they got very little rest because they had to go find another motel! Stay here at your own risk!!

Outside looks ok the room I stayed in was on the office side phone would not work to call front desk to complain about the room next to me with a split door to the other room I could hear there whole conversation from them talking to who was on the phone with them so don't get room #119 or #117 while getting up through the night I see roaches and getting up in the morning a roache above my wife's head while sleeping I told her get up we are out of here,for the mony I spent for a night was not worth it.
