Every single time the AC kicked on it smelled like someone was blowing cigarette smoke into our room it was disgusting and so much so we couldn’t sleep because it was so strong, we were in room 219 upstairs so it was very strange. Good location but needs attention in a major way.

Needs an update and the rooms were not very clean. Service was good. Breakfast was good. They were painting the outside during our stay

Our room needed a deep clean. The lamps all had a layer of dust as well as the surfaces. The desk store was full of crimes and a dirty napkin. And it looks like no one has swept under the cabinet in the bathroom for a good while. For the price, I was really really disappointed.

We called and requested two more towels and for our trash to be emptied. Neither happened. When we called that night we were told to come down and get the towels ourselves.

This place was dirty, cracked ceilings, horrible service. Among many other things will never stay here again!

I had a terrible time making a reservation. I have a Windham account and because of inactivity the Forgot Password feature didn’t work. I called and spent quite a bit of time on the phone to get the account reinstated, reset the password and make a reservation! I signed up for the text promotion, but the button didn’t work and so I did not get the 15% discount. When I mentioned this during check-in, I was told this location is a franchise, so I would have to contact corporate. The towels are very thin and never get dry. I stayed four nights and the room was never made up and the sheets were never changed. Be sure to get your coffee early, because when it runs out, there is no more. My back of the remote control was taped on with packing tape. The TV guide in the room listed premium channels including HBO, but there were none available. At least the room was clean.

I stay with my family for one night only, the rooms were clean and comfortable which for me, is the most important part when traveling. Breakfast had very limited options so that's something they can improve. Also, the outside of the property is not bad but could benefit with some extra care too. Overall it was a good stay.

Expected a nicer place to stay. Rating was 8.3- too high. Bathtub dirty, breakfast very minimal, pool area very hot- not air conditioned, place need to be refurbished
