Nice and easy way to book a hotel, opened the app searches where I was at and booked the hotel in a bout 3 steps

Booked on-line, no issues or concerns, greeted at the front desk upon arrival with a friendly smile. We enjoyed three days of summer time fun in the sun. Tubing the river(s), at the water park, hiking, and the cavern. Service was terrific, clean and comfy, location was key. Everything we planned seeing was with-in a five mile radius.

Big pillows. Great staff, helpful, very courteous. Regular breakfast, well designed and displayed. Nice clean hotel, rooms, reception etc. did not get to pool etc but looked well kept and inviting, over all great hotel, AC was a bit loud over night

Location/Property: The hotel is a few streets off the highway so you don't hear all the road noise and in close proximity to a Duncan Donuts, Circle K, H.E.B. Kohls, and Buc-ee’s. The property is well lit at night and must use your room key to enter the hotel after a certain time at night. There are cameras all over the hotel and is monitored at the lobby front desk. They have a “pool," however it is more like a kiddie pool size. The lobby is clean and there is a smell like mentioned in other reviews, but while looking around it appears that they are using Glade plugins to cover up the smell but it just makes it worse in my opinion. The front desk person was nice and accommodating to answering questions during check in, however every time we asked the front desk person for extra towels we would be interrupting personal calls (2 different employees). The hotel is in dire needs of a major renovation (paint, carpet, etc.) and has a huge pot hole on the backside of the parking lot. They do offer a continental breakfast from 6am - 9am, which is typical hotel breakfast, nothing special and the workout room, only consists of cardio equipment. The hotel is centrally located to some really good restaurants, Schlitterbahn, Stars & Stripes Drive In, Gruene, and Landa Park. Room: The room is way smaller than expected for the price we paid per night (3 nights, and 2 of those nights were $180 a night). The beds give fold out couch vibes and are hard as a rock. There is a desk and a few lamps for lighting, however it still was too dark for our liking. Did not see any bugs, however the paint is peeling off the wall by the A/C unit, possible mold on the A/C unit, and there is visible water damage in/on the shower wall, and the drain plug in the shower was broken. There is a flat screen TV that offers a good amount of channels, and the fridge and microwave were clean. There was a mystery stain on the wall in the toilet/shower room and by the sink. Needless to say that there is not a lot of attention to detail in cleaning the rooms. Also there is not a place to hold your luggage without placing it on the bed or dresser. There is a luggage rack in the sink area, but it is more to keep the luggage out of the way and when asked to see if they had a folding luggage rack the front desk person did not understand what I was asking for. The room also feels humid and muggy no matter how cold you make it. Defiantly not a room you want to walk barefoot in. Overall, this was an unpleasant and uncomfortable place to stay, book at your own risk.

Everything was just poor quality. Mattress was COVERED in pee stains. Key cards didn’t work. Had to have them reprogrammed three times the first day and then once again the second day. The front desk was quick to tell me it was my fault several times even though other residents were having the same Robles. Spartan decorations and breakfast. Holes in the wall and some of the door hardware didn’t work.

My wife booked a room here for our family to stay in your motel on Thursday June 15th. We got here at approx 1pm, maybe a little later and were instructed to pay a further $20 for early check-in to an empty room that had already been cleaned... Ok, no worries.  Then, when we went and asked for linen for the pull out couch, we were charged another $20 for that because there were 6 of us in the room and we had booked for 4. The room sleeps 6, we paid for the room, not how many bodies we were putting in it. The condition of the room was adequate. However, here is some sort of blood or feaces on the bath tub though (pic attached). The pull out couch mattress is in poor condition, the stains on it are atrocious. The gentlemen on the front desk has been nothing but rude to us. It feels like he has stolen $40 from us, as in the past, staying at other motels, we have NEVER been charged for early check in and we have NEVER been charged for extra linens or additional people in the room. Im not asking for a refund, but I would like our $40 back. The treatment we have received from the gentleman at the front desk has been far from acceptable and he is the manager. And, our online bill and paper bill do not allign. Bit the junior behind the desk said "he would take care of it." We come up here a few times every year to float the river and we always stay in hotels. We thought we would give this 1 a try. After today and what has happened, unless this issue is resolved, we wont be back here.  At present we haven't asked him to extend our stay... We will be going to another hotel later today. The only good thing about this hotel is the shower.

Staff was great . Friendly.Breakfast waffles cereal coffee was so so . Clean comfy. Decent . Close to events and water. Beautiful town. Will come here again. We need more blanket or some in room. It was a good night

This is an economy hotel, but for an economy hotel it is an outstanding bargain! The location is convenient to the Interstate, to the city itself, and to the historic Gruene district. Nonetheless, it is far enough away from the highway that there were no traffic noises to disturb our sleep. The hotel itself is undergoing some renovation, but the work was done during the day and did not disturb us. The hotel is quite clean and well-maintained; the furnishings seem new, and the rooms are good-sized for an economy hotel. The bed is very comfortable and allowed a good night's sleep. The refrigerator was large enough for our sodas and beers as well as snacks (although the room did not have a microwave, there is one in the breakfast room). There is also a pool, although we didn't use it. It's really a great place.

Easy on/off I 35 gas station/convenience store right next door.Front desk staff very nice & receptive during check in & check out.. Room/bathroom clean & our expectations are generally high.. Good selection for breakfast esp liked the coffee bar. Would stay here again
