The bed did not seem comfortable to us, the air was not cold and the shower location was totally uncomfortable.

We feel like we did not get our honors benefits like we usually do. We usually have complementary water plus a snack and we did not like the fact that every floor is a pet friendly floor. People with allergies need areas that have not had pets in them.

Hotel is comfortable and has a nice pool and lobby area. Breakfast is $12 and Diamond benefit is only $10 so that could be improved, but breakfast is good overall. Bar has draft beers which is great given the evenings can still be really hot. Emily at the front desk was outstanding in handling multiple simultaneous guest questions and helped quickly fix a room key reset. Rooms are starting to show their age and would benefit from updating soon. Keurig coffee in the room which is great.

This hotel was fine - as far as it goes. The room was fine and the staff was nice. The biggest disappointment is we spent $434 for two nights AND DIDN'T GET BREAKFAST. Not a banana, not a muffin - nothing! In this day and age, that's unthinkable. Every other hotel in the area offered free breakfast. I would not stay here again.

¡No limpian las habitaciones! ¡Tienes que pedirlo! Para ser un Hilton, no limpian la habitación. Regresamos y todas las camas estaban destendidas y la habitación no estaba hecha. No había toallas ni otros elementos básicos. Marcamos para que la hicieran y nos dijeron que no podían hacerlo, que solo limpian la habitación cuando el huésped lo solicita. Es decir, el huésped tiene que avisar todos los días: "¡Límpiame la habitación!" Para eso está el letrerito en la puerta que indica que no se haga la habitación. Jamás nos había pasado algo así. Pedimos que nos hicieran la habitación y no lo hicieron. Una vez que llegamos y vimos la habitación en ese estado, nos dijeron que es nuestra obligación solicitar que la limpien. Esto nos deja un muy mal sabor de boca con respecto al Hilton.

Were there for a 25th anniversary the room smelled toilet seat was loose the shower continuously drift it wouldn’t the food at the restaurant came to us, cold the chicken, wings were cold in the middle. The ice machines weren’t working so you had to go downstairs to the front desk any extra blankets or pillows you had to go down to the front desk lots of noise above or below us. for the price it was not worth it could’ve stayed somewhere for $100 less and had breakfast included and it would’ve been cleaner.

Would be better with free breakfast at the price. Other than that no complaints. Rooms were very clean, parking was easy and lit. Staff was also very accommodating. Will most likely use this hotel again.

maintenance was in halls to rooms had to go all around to back with all our family luggage. It was cold and raining. We all got wet walking to back of building …. We get in room and table and night stand dirty and walls door to bathroom very dirty. Room had a smell that did not let us sleep.

Was somewhat disappointed in this trip, due to changes. Don't get me wrong, this hotel is a very nice hotel, clean, quiet, and a very friendly staff. The reasons I liked staying at the Hilton Graden Inn was air mattress because of my bad back, and having a restaurant to eat in at, as well as the others mentioned above. Air mattress are gone, and now no dinners served certain nights. The stay was still good, Doordash delivers, made do with my back with many soft pillows.
