We just enjoy New Bern and wanted a quick stay to see the Christmas lights and enjoy the eateries! The Hampton provided a wonderful spot for us to relax. The staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast is delightful. The coffee is great!

I've stayed at multiple Hampton Inns. I'm even a Hilton Rewards Member and this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! I stayed 1 night for a business meeting the next day and I was up all night because the room was so filthy. Dirty furniture couches and bedbugs. I'm so disappointed and disgusted. The room was free and I wouldn't stay there again even if I didn't have to pay for it. A major update is definitely needed. I have nothing positive to say about this hotel.

Chole at the front desk made the entire check in experience excellent and efficient. I walked in and another couple had just checked in, the phone was ringing and I was next in line and Chloe handled everything with polite professionalism. Later that evening she gave me a fantastic suggestion for a great local Italian place and the fresh pasta was a real winner. I've completely enjoyed my stay here thanks to her.

Great hotel in New Bern! It’s in a ideal location that is close to the highway and restaurants. Reserving the hotel room was easy and the hotel receptionists were really helpful and super friendly. Shout out to Kim Watson for helping us reserve the hotel room! This is a dog friendly hotel if you want to bring your fur babies. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if your looking for a clean and friendly service hotel!

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns around the country and they have all been good, but I must say that the staff at this hotel were very friendly, extremely helpful and great! We really enjoyed our breakfast there, as the whole area was kept extremely clean and the staff was very attentive. Yasmin certainly keeps on top of everything. G. Katz, South Carolina

Friendly experience checking in. Got to the room but the USB charger didn't work Called desk and they came immediately. After troubleshooting with the staff, it was determined that the charging unit itself was defective A spare was located, replaced, and all went well. Great response to the issue!

Hands down the friendliest hotel staff I’ve had the pleasure of being around. And I’ve never felt the need to write a review for a hotel before now. The level of service far exceeded my expectations. At breakfast the continental breakfast not only had a great selection but was also surprisingly delicious. Then one person offered to clear my empty plate for me and not in the way where I felt like they were trying to get rid of me. Someone else offered bottled water a little later. Then I’m the evening there was a small platter of cookies and they went back boiled tea water to make sure I had a nice hot cup of tea. Hope the staff get recognized for their exceptional service as they definitely deserve it. Will stay here again without hesitation next time I’m in town!
