The hotel Holiday Inn we are still claiming to be they no longer are and it's been purchased by another company. And it truly shows. Other than it being very clean throughout including excellently cleaning the rooms with also nice or throughout. With comfortable beds and beautiful comfortable bedding as long as not having engine have to ask for sheets for our sofa bed cuz there were no sheets just the comforter and a pillow. Exhaust fan in bathroom does not work I have not had internet since checking in yesterday. And reason for getting room in the first place was to celebrate son and nephew's birthday excited to go swimming did not find out until Midway through checking in the the pool and Fitness Center we're out of service and the guest women's bathroom downstairs also out of service. But if not having brought up the excitement at the front desk of the pool we would have completely checked in without even knowing until after going downstairs and trying to get in the pool if we would if not ever said anything at all they wouldn't have. The phone in our room does not work and and would definitely not consider what they're calling a sweet a sweet it truly honestly is only just a large room that is honestly poorly set up there is no division from the living space and the room space and the TV is on the same wall only only a foot away from each other trying to fight the kids who want to watch cartoons and the adults who want to watch what they want to do if they never it's been a never-ending stop of the TV volume battle it is not truly honestly a suite and should not be considered one. On top of that morning staff is polite but afternoon stuff is not an after going out to smoke we were told by the front desk lady that my husband and my son and my nephew and my brother could not come through the lobby or anything without a shirt on to go outside to smoke or come back in unless wearing a shirt though they had been coming in and out prior all day without a shirt on. This morning while talking to morning cleaning and breakfast prep staff members they also are confused as to why the gym or the fitness center is not open or being allowed to be used they are even confused and also have agreed that well it was really wrong that we weren't told that those were not going to be working until we were already starting to check in and then we were told there was nothing they could do about refunding the money so we could go to a different Hotel because we have to go to wh

Nice staff and nice facility

The sink faucet had very little water flow.

Super firm mattress and the pillows were perfect for my sleep. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only thing I would have changed was a room closer to the lobby.
