Das Zimmer mußte bei unserem Eintreffen um 16 Uhr noch schnell für 2 Personen vorbereitet werden. Da die Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer bereits geöffnet und nur halb voll war, hatten wir vom Erfrischungstrink abgesehen. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad geräumig und die Dusche angenehm groß. Das Tags vorher bestellte Frühstück war besorgt worden. Die Brötchen wurden noch aufgebacken und die Eier aus dem privaten Gelege waren auf den Punkt gekocht. Wegen dem schnellen direkten Zugang zum Rhein konnten wir auf eine Promenade nicht verzichten. Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in Engels. Das Stand-by des TV leuchtete tagshell. Wir deckten es mit einem Handtuch ab und hatten somit einen erholsamen Schlaf.

We had a fantastic stay at Schloss - Schenke in Neuwied! The room was great, very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, we got everything we wished for and more and all fresh products. We will certainly come back here. Thanks for a very nice stay.

Zimmer/Essen sind okay. Allerdings gab mir der Chef nur das Zimmer, wenn ich das Formular der Datenübermittlung zustimme, das erscheint mir unseriös. Kein anderes Hotel macht so etwas. Grund ist angeblich die Rechnungsstellung? Diese Regelung gibt es nicht! Es besteht keine Notwendigkeit da über *********** gebucht und bezahlt. Nie wieder wird hier gebucht
