Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Alpeiner. Das Skigebiet war sehr nah und es gab einen privaten Shuttlebus. Das Abendessen war super und auch das Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen. Auch klasse war die Bar und die Aussenterrasse.

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie zum wiederholten Mal drei Nächte im Alpeiner verbracht und wurden rundum verwöhnt. Das Zimmer war perfekt mit toller Aussicht ins Tal. Das Essen war super lecker. Der Wellnesbereich ist einfach grandios und durch die Trennung von Erwachsenen- und Kinderbereich sowohl für Familien als auch für Ruhesuchende bestens geeignet. Sehr gut gefällt uns, dass das Hotel sehr familiär und nicht zu groß ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst herzlich, von der Rezeption bis zur Zimmerreinigung. Die Restaurantleiterin ist sehr kinderlieb und gästeorientiert. Man hat nach Abreise wirklich das Gefühl, bald wiederkommen zu wollen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

5 minute walk from the bus stop if using public transport. Excellent welcome briefing explaining everything and nice welcome pack. Superior room was excellent and views amazing. Breakfast overall good, missing my bacon on some mornings. Great egg bar for all recipes. Afternoon snacks very good. Soups, pasta, salad & cakes. Evening meals very good and high quality, service very good. Wellness centre was good with fair size swimming pool (can be busy at times with children and yoga otherwise quiet), 3 saunas, steam room and infra red room and plenty of resting loungers. Great tobogganing only 2 minutes walk away and a couple of free toboggans if available from the hotel. Skiing right next to the hotel up the Elfer or bigger slopes at Stubai glacier or Schlick 2000 Also did tandem skydive with Marcus which was good value for 105euro. Great location for going up or down the Stubai valley as there's buses about evry 15 minutes. Would definately come back if visiting area

Fantastica esperienza, hotel confortevole, pulito e in un ottima posizione. Personale disponibile e premuroso, a partire dalla reception che nonostante l'orario ci ha accolto con tanta gentilezza. ringrazio le signore delle pulizie sempre gentili. Da ripetere!!!!!!!!

Fantastisk
Nydelig beliggenhet, nydelig hage og deilig med friske blomster inne. Alt av personal er så profesjonelle og ting er ikkeno problem. Deilig mat, spesielt tunfisk med sitronskive.Fin temperatur i basseng til både trening og bading.Julia på trimmen er super, prøvde ikke massasje. Hadde bestillt halvpensjon men det var også tilgjengelig snack buffet, hvilket var mere nok til lunch. Helt supert å trekke fra 5E pr dag for å slippe rengjøring og spare miljø💚

Sehr gutes Nature Resort in Neustift im Stubaital
Das Alpeiner Hotel ist ein gut gelegenes, modernes, komfortables 4 Sterne Hotel mit den entsprechenden Annehmlichkeiten. Die Suite welche wir für ein Paar Tage bewohnen durften war sehr geräumig, guter mix zwischen moderne und klassischer Einrichtung, 3 Balkone, sehr grosses Badezimmer mit Wanne und separater Dusche, gutes WLAN, einfach toll. Nun zum Essen und Service, das Frühstücksbuffet im Alpeiner war wie erwartet und hatte eine grosse Auswahl von Müsli, Fleisch, Käse, Brot etc und es wurden auch gleich Omletten, Rühreier etc Frisch vor den Augen des Gastes vorbereitet. Am Nachmittag gibt es ein kleines aber gutes Jausse buffet. Das Abendessen bietet ein Salat, Käsebuffet, Suppenbuffet und es wird Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Dessert serviert. Die Speisen waren allesamt auf gutem Level (gut bis sehr gut). Die Service crew war grundsätzlich gut, sehr freundlich und hilfreich (wie erwartet). Für uns ist das Alpeiner ein gutes 4 Sterne Hotel welches wir gerne wieder einmal besuchen und auch weiterempfehlen können. Danke liebes Alpeiner Team!

It is highly unusual in a hotel not to find something that could be improved but that was our experience here. Staff all lovely and so well trained. Bedroom large and functional with great views towards the Inn valley, cavernous bathroom with large walk in shower and bath and loads of storage space for toiletries (something sadly lacking in many establishments). Excellent food (we were half board) and soups, salads and deserts were included at lunchtime. Meticulous cleanliness throughout. Superb indoor pool and spa area with lovely outdoor pool. Very peaceful location but close to the local gondola and village. The Stubai Super card was included giving many benefits such as free gondola rides throughout the valley and free local transport including a frequent bus service to Innsbruck and the glacier in the other direction. The scenery is magnificent and there is plenty to see and do whether young or old. The fact that there were so many returnees says it all.
