Sono stato insieme a mia moglie una settimana ospite in questa meravigliosa struttura, che dire, ho trovato il Paradiso! Luogo incantevole, la camera aveva un balcone con vista ghiacciaio dello Stubai, ampia con tutti i comfort e bagno molto funzionale. La mattina colazione strepitosa con ampissima scelta tra salato e dolce. A pranzo è possibile mangiare una zuppa e degli affettati e dolci. La cena a la carta con piatti mai banali, preparati con ingredienti di prima qualità sempre molto buona. Area wellness con piscina e sauna disponibile dalla mattina alla sera. Con la Stubai Card poi si può fruire degli impianti di risalita, gli autobus e la Stubaital Bahn per muoversi nella valle e raggiungere Innsbruck. Coccolati dal personale che è attentissimo per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Lo consiglio vivamente e non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Posto incantevole , personale cordiale, prezzo conveniente con circa 1800€ a coppia per una settimana, ti danno colazione cena , e se torni per pranzo c’è un lunch a buffet sempre disponibile, ti danno la carta trasporti valida per tutto il Tirolo , fermata sotto l’hotel e zona relax ( piscina , sauna, bagno turno ect…)! Sicuramente torneremo

Für uns ein optimales Hotel. Eine tolle Lage, Anbindung (Bus) und Nähe zum Gletscher, genügend Auslauf für unseren herzlich aufgenommenen Hund, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal und eine wunderschönen Saunabereich zum Regenerieren und einen modernen gepflegten Fitnessraum. Auffallend in diesem Haus ist eine fast fürsorgliche Haltung gegenüber den Kindern jeden Alters mit entsprechendem Angebot an Spiel- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Lobenswert finden wir, dass keinen Wert auf übertriebenen Schnickschnack gelegt wird, sondern eine gewisse familiäre Herzlichkeit vermittelt wird. So fühlt man sich von der 1. Minute an willkommen und kann sofort Relaxen. Wir hatten eine sehr empfehlenswerte Weinverkostung genossen und so viel Interessantes über Österreich erfahren. Fazit: Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Zeer mooie en propere kamers. Aangenaam dat je je eigen type van hoofdkussen mag kiezen. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, handige namiddagsnacks en heerlijk avondeten. Gratis skibus - die heel frequent rijdt - brengt je op 10 à 15 minuten tot aan de gletsjer. Na het skiën is het goed vertoeven in de sauna en de rustruimte. Voor mijn verjaardag kreeg ik een bergkristal van het hotel. Dat vond ik super-attent.

Wir hatten eine sehr unbeschwerte und erholsame Zeit. Das Essen war sensationell und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Der Saunabereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Es war die pure Erholung. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wir fahren seit mehreren Jahren in das schöne Bergcristall und wir sind immer super zufrieden und freuen uns auch schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Das Personal, die Gastgeber sind immer sehr freundlich und sehr nett. Die Region lädt auch immer zu neuen Erkundung ein.
