Wir hatten ein schönes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war ausgesprochen aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr gut und wurde durch einen guten Wein abgerundet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Erwähnenswert auch die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Alles in allem ein schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt, der sicherlich wiederholt werden wird.

Super Service , top Zimmer. Es wurde auf unsere extra Wünsche eingegangen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war vielfältig. Parkplatz direkt bei dem Hotel und auch in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Wir würden gerne wiederkommt

Excellent, friendly, family run hotel with 18 rooms approximately. The food was good, the atmosphere warm and the staff were excellent. I really enjoyed my ten night stay here on business and would highly recommend this hotel. I actually moved to this hotel after being disappointed with another hotel in town.

angenehmes Hotel in der schönen, ruhigen Altstadt von Neustadt. Ruhige, geräumige Zimmer, gute Betten. und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Kleines Manko, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, dafür wurde uns anstandslos Wasser in einer Thermoskanne für unseren Tee mitgegeben, sehr nett.

Auf dem Weg in den Süden haben wir eine Nacht im Haus als Zwischenstation verbracht und gelernt, dass sowohl das Hotel als auch die Gegend einen eigenen Besuch rechtfertigen. Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Teilen, wir haben im Fachwerkhaus zur recht lauten Strasse (wenig Verkehr, aber Pflaster) gewohnt - bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das allerdings kein Problem. Durch die zahlreichen Balken im Zimmer ist das Navigieren im Raum etwas schwieriger, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir ein etwas größeres Zimmer wählen. Aber es ist alles in sehr gutem Zustand, das Bad ist sehr angenehm dimensioniert und perfekt sauber. DAs Frühstück war angemessen in der Auswahl und qualititativ sehr gut. Besonders zu gefallen wusste das Abendessen im Restaurant: Gute Auswahl, schmackhafte Gerichte und freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Das hat Lust auf mehr gemacht.
