Wir haben uns als Paar übers Wochenende eine Auszeit von Kindern und Haushalt genommen. Im Hotel konnten wir diese genießen. Das Zimmer war genau richtig zum Erholen. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbufett war sehr schön angerichtet und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön am Rennsteig gelegen ,schöne Wandertouren möglich ! Aber das Personal überfordert und zu wenig am Wochenende ! Hotel ausgebucht , aber Getränke im Restaurant kann man vergessen , man ist völlig allein gelassen worden und Bezahlung an der Theke mit ewig Ignorieren beantwortet ! Haben leider die Bar vermisst , wurde mit Personalmangel abgetan , trotz vollem Haus ! Schade für unserer Wochenende , mussten im Nahkauf Getränke kaufen und im Zimmer trinken , wo es nicht einmal einen Tisch gab ! Zimmerreinigung gab es nur bei Abreise ! Einzig die Rezeption war super nett ! Parkplatzzufahrt ist nur für hohe Autos gedacht , da schlimme Absätze vorhanden sind !

Sehr nettes Hotel. Personal ist sehr freundlich, Zimmer ist sauber und in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sehr schön,lädt zum wandern ein. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Wir können nichts negatives schreiben. Es war einfach toll. Werden bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder kommen.
