„Ich habe eine Nacht an Silvester gebucht und wir waren sehr gespannt auf diese Nacht. Leider mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass es weder Heizung noch warmes Wasser im Zimmer gab. Wir haben über drei Stunden mit dem Personal kommuniziert, und nach zwei Stunden teilten sie uns mit, dass sie ein elektrisches Heizgerät schicken würden, doch auch dieses wurde nie geschickt. Wir blieben bis 11 Uhr ohne eine Lösung und mussten schließlich das Hotel ohne Schlaf verlassen. Es war eine katastrophale Nacht.“

Das Fire&Ice Hotel ist schon ein einzigartiges Anwesen in der Nähe von Neuss und Düsseldorf mit Seele und Charakter nicht nur wegen der Ski Halle, für mich ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Düsseldorf zu entdecken und Familie und Freunde zu treffen. Man kann das alpenländische Dekor genießen oder auch den ganz ordentlichen Service. Wenn aktuell viel im Umbau ist wie der Klettergarten. Ich habe wie bei früheren Buchungen, siehe frühere Rezensionen, wieder ein Baumhaus ‚Suite‘ mit eigenen Sauna und Balkon für zwei Tage / Abende gemietet. Ich liebe immer wieder die eigene Sauna mit Regendusche. Auch das Frühstück war wie immer perfekt. Nun aber zu den bitterlichen Enttäuschungen - auch bei geschlossenen Fenster, einem Baumhaus in der hinteren Hälfte des Baumchalet Areal wurde es in der Nacht erst um 4:30 leise. Das Hotel informierte in keinerweise, das von 20:00 am Abend bis 4:30(5:00) am frühen Morgen ohne Pause mit einem scheppernden Schaufelbagger ein Sattelzug nach dem anderen für ein Biathlonevent auf Schalke mit Kunstschnee beladen wird. Keine Information vom Hotel und nur eine halbherzige Antwort beim Check-Out. Das Personal kann nur kaum ausgleichen was das Management komplett versäumt.

Agréable mais sans le ski
Chambre très spacieuse, lit confortable, accueil agréable, parking aisé.
Même si l on ne vient pas pour faire du ski dans le hall, l hôtel est très agréable et à un bon rapport qualité.
Possible de dîner au sein du complexe. Restaurant correct mais ce n est pas de la grande nourriture non plus. Le p’tit déjeuner est plus intéressant d un point de vue au quite prix avec notamment du jus d orange frais presse , assez rare en Allemagne

Tolles Erlebnis!
Ein "spannendes" Erlebnis, die Schihalle nahe Düsseldorf!
Es kommt teilweise richtiges Schi-Feeling auf - vor allem, wenn man als Zuseher in einer der "Hütten" weilt.
Seminarbereich passt wunderbar - fein ist der Blick aus dem Pausenbereich auf die Piste.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und schön geräumig.
