The guest house is located on the edge of the town of Neusitz, right on the motorway. It is very quiet and the rooms are very clean, our bathroom was newly furnished and in immaculate condition. The food was excellent, we were served quickly. Breakfast was delicious. We would be happy to come back.

Restaurant/bar closed Monday and Tuesday but host will open with a decent fare Room was ok although floor was not clean and a lot of sand and grit was present Seems to host a number of roving tradesmen and had to close window at 1030 to avoid noisy phone call in car park and cigarette smoke

Room with sink outside the bathroom. Tiny bathroom and shower. They only speak German and only show up to give the keys and when it's time to pay. Dirty carpet everywhere. Insufficient lighting, 3 25W filament bulbs. Heating present but we are not told how to activate it: slept in the cold for two nights. Cleaning and tidying up of the room not done and window left open all day. Sugar 3 teaspoons in total and three tea bags, not individually wrapped. No one to ask for a blanket. Not even a welcome, dry instructions to sign and follow up two flights of stairs. I translate into German from Google. Zimmer mit Waschbecken außerhalb des Badezimmers. Winziges Bad und Dusche. Besitzer spricht nur Deutsch und erscheint nur zur Schlüsselübergabe und Bezahlung. Schmutziger Teppich überall. Unzureichende Beleuchtung, 3 25-W-Glühlampen. Heizung vorhanden, aber uns wird nicht gesagt, wie wir sie aktivieren sollen: Wer haben zwei Nächte in der Kälte geschlafen. Reinigung und Umgestaltung des Zimmers wurde nicht durchgeführt und das Fenster blieb den ganzen Tag offen. Zucker insgesamt 3 Teelöffel und drei Teebeutel, not einzeln verpackt.
