Hotel is great, staff was very nice, the food is amazing, great beds and big room. We needed to store our bikes, with had no problem. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel is you are planning a trip to neuquen, or maybe on your way to bariloche or villa La angostura.

Excelente atención. Cuenta con un restaurante con gustosos platos Y en casos de días cálidos, la posibilidad de usar la piscina. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y silenciosas. Los colchones y blanqueada en excelente estado. Estacionamiento amplio.

Terrible
I sent an email 48 hours before check in, nobody replied me black. I called them 2 hours before my check in asking food from the restaurant when I arrived, they said " Sorry we forgot your dinner". finding a place at 1 am there is not that easy.

Nos quedamos una noche y fue suficiente para no volver, llegamos después de viajar todo el día, tomamos la habitación y bajamos al restorán, pedimos milanesa que parecían de Dinosaurio, no coman en el hotel, por la mañana no había luz, el agua de la ducha y de el lavatorio salía marrón, ante el reclamo nos dijeron que puede salir marrón por qué viene del Río 🤢 , tuvimos que usar agua mineral para lavarnos los dientes , tirabas la cadena y el hinodoro rebalsaba, el desayuno un desastre !! Escaso, el café de un termo que estaba frío! No volvería !!
