Tuve que reclamar para que me den el tipo de habitación reservada. Nunca vinieron a hacer la limpieza de la habitación , lo reclamé me dijeron que vendrían a cambiar una toalla de mano que solicité y nunca lo hicieron . Ya me había alojado hace unos años, me da la impresión que ya no es lo mismo

Hotel bien pero 2 incomodidades IMPORTANTES
El hotel ok para una noche, pero llegamos y no habia mas lugar en el estacionamiento. Una incomodidad muy grande en un hotel que la mayoria usamos para 1 noche en el camino a la patagonia. Ademas me sumaron el IVA, estaria bueno tener eso sumado cuando uno elije la habitacion en la plataforma. Pague mucho mas que lo que pensaba.

Es un hotel moderno, parece bastante nuevo, con habitaciones muy amplias que disponen de refrigerador y microondas y utensilios dé cocina con mesa y sillas, lo que permite comprar en rotisería y comer allí sin tener la necesidad de ir a un restaurante ya que son carisimos en Neuquén (excepto El Tío, al que recomiendo mucho por si precio/calidad). El inconveniente de este hotel es su falta de insonorización, muy ruidoso.....llevar tapones de oido. El desayuno medio básico. Dispone de cochera. Hermosa ciudad Neuquén, tremendo como creció últimamente.

Hola buenos días a todos Fui al hotel por un congreso de.medicina Y en horario del desayuno Me robaron 50.000 pesos de la habitación la gente de limpieza No se ocieron carga por supuesto No tiene caja fuerte. Además no respetaron el No entrar . Atento !!!!!! Cabe la posibilidad de que yo lo haya perdido?
