Moderner Anbau mit Küche und freundlichem Frühstücksraum, welcher auch als Restaurant fungiert, auch wenn nicht frisch gekocht wird (TK Ware). Trotz allem gibt es eine Speisekarte mit vielseitiger Auswahl. Modernisierte und ansprechende Zimmer mit großem TV sowie Thementapeten mit Zoo bzw. Tiermotiven. Wasser und Teekocher verfügbar.

Ich war mit einem ehemaligen Schulkamerad in diesem Hotel um einen anderen Schulkamerad der in Neunkirchen wohnt zu besuchen . Das Hotel verdient normalerweise 4 Sterne durch seine ruhige Lage direkt am Zoo und im Wald gelegen , sehr saubere , gemütliche und große Zimmer mit Balkon , Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür , der Hotelmanager Herr Müller sowie sein Frau die auch gleichzeitig die Inhaberin des Hotels ist zeichneten sich durch außerordentliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aus , das gleiche gilt auch für das gesamte Personal . Für die Gäste gib es eine kleine Speisekarte mit schmackhaften Gerichten die man dann je nach Wetterlage auf der großen Terrasse einnehmen kann

Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean everywhere. The rooms were fabulously decorated with amazing murals, and were comfortable and well-eqipped. They also had tea and coffee making facilities. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Zoo. The staff were all lovely, so friendly and helpful. Very good food, both at evening meal and breakfast. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we arrived too late to visit the Zoo, but we intend to make a special journey to come and stay again for a bit longer next time!

I haven't been to the hotel for a long time because of Corona. The last time in March 2018, before the big renovation. I have to say that the conversion was very successful, no comparison to before! The large parking lot has remained, now even with 5 wall boxes and the good thing is that charging doesn't cost anything! The floors have nature themes, easy access by elevator and even a sauna at the top! The breakfast room is now in the new part, even with a large outdoor terrace. There is also a bar for a final drink in the evening. It is very quiet there at night and in the morning you are woken up with a cacophony from the zoo. Also a compliment to the great staff, great reception and great farewell!

Renoviertes Hotel (Renovierung ist gut gelungen!), Zimmer mit Balkon, ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Zimmer mit Thema "Dschungel" (andere Themen auch noch da), bequemes Bett sogar mit Topper, Bad mit Dusche. Frühstücksraum gut eingerichtet, Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut, man kann auch zum frühstücken auf die Terasse gehen (mit Blick in den Zoo). Sehr freundlicher Service.
