The Best Western Hotel PRISMA is situated in the middle of Schleswig-Holstein only two km from the city centre and four km from the motorway A7. The Best Western Hotel PRISMA offers 93 modern and comfortable rooms all equipped with wireless Lan which is also available on the whole ground floor. A car park for our guests is located directly in front of the hotel and in addition we offer some garage spaces. Our hotel offers non-smoking, anti-allergic as well as handicapped accessible rooms. Our conference area with six professionally equipped seminar rooms offers enough space for groups of five to 160 people. Our restaurant Campinos provides a wide range of high-quality food and beverages. And after a hard day you can relax in a beach chair in our quiet garden or you just visit our sauna with infrared cabin and steam bath. For a small fee bicycles can be hired at reception to discover the area around Neumünster on one of our many bicycle routes. Enjoy your stay.

Not worth the money at all ! Service level was non existent and staff was cold ! Why can’t hotels mention Non Air Conditioned in there description! We had a horrible night as the room was too warm and they gave duvets ! Absence of basic common sense

Zimmer nicht sehr schoen eingerichtet, das kleine Sofa ist bretthart. Kein Balkon, Blick auf einen Gebrauchtwagenhaendler. Fruehstueck war gut. Personal freundlich.

Solides Businesshotel, ansprechend gestaltet und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Gut geeignet für Veranstaltungen in den Holstenhallen, die sind zu Fuß in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Parken ist mit derzeit 4€ vergleichsweise günstig. Das Essen abends im Restaurant war sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Insgesamt wie gesagt sehr solide. Was mich etwas gestört hat: die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und keinen Kühlschrank, mein Zimmer hatte obendrein Fenster zur 4spurigen Straße, das ist insgesamt eine bei warmen Tagen etwas unglückliche Kombination. Die Zimmer sind leider auch recht hellhörig. Der einzige Kaffeeautomat für den kompletten Frühstücksraum hat mich auch etwas genervt (zumindest war er bei 4 von 6 Anläufen entweder nicht nutzbar (Trester voll, Milch fehlt) oder eine Traube von Menschen wartete davor). Vielleicht Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber bei knapp 190€ die Nacht im konkreten Fall zumindest erwähnenswert.
