The hotel is simply perfect and you have a very high level of well-being and perfect relaxation due to the overall appearance and everything that is on offer. Lots of little things with great attention to detail that make your stay so easy and carefree. Simply TOP LEVEL location & surroundings Lots of opportunities for winter sports in the immediate vicinity or within a 20 minute drive depending on what outdoor activities you want to do. Room: Perfect - lots of storage space and lots of pleasant gadgets that you come across little by little. Service: Great service and very friendly - you can go to reception with any concerns for tips and tricks regarding excursions, special requests for the room, etc. Everything possible is done to make the guest feel comfortable. The whole team is simply TOP and it is a hotel where you see the boss every day and she and her team have made your hotel what it is today with great joy and passion. Please continue. ;-) Gastronomy: Varied breakfast buffet with a great selection and super tasty bread and pastries, evening menu always with a great selection and the food is prepared to the highest quality. Great care is also taken to ensure that the food doesn't end up in the trash unnecessarily and I personally think it's really cool that they've thought about something here. Leisure activities: Great sauna area with relaxation room, indoor swimming pool, natural pond, etc... - perfect for relaxing and enjoying.

Wir haben uns im Hotel Gassner von der ersten Minute sehr wohl. Besonders gut haben uns die individuellen Empfehlungen für unsere Tagesausflüge und das hervorragende Essen gefallen. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Schwimmbad und der Wellnessbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ein weiteres Highlight war die toll eingerichtete Terrasse mit Blick auf den Großvenediger.

Dieses Hotel kann man nur empfehlen. Wir sind innerhalb 3 Jahren zum 6. Mal bei den Gassners und haben auch sofort für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Und nicht nur wir sind "Wiederholer", fast jeder kommt immer wieder. Das spricht einfach für sich selbst.

Bei Familie Gassner wird man rundum verwöhnt. Am besten hat mir der Badeteich gefallen, in dem man sich nach dem Saunieren herrlich erfrischen kan.

Fantastisch hotel waar je echt kan relaxen in het zeer uitgebreid saunacomplex. Het eten is lekker en verfijnd en de bediening vriendelijk. Elke avond is er een saladebuffet, voorgerecht, soep, hoofdgerecht (3 keuzemogelijkheden) en dessert. Ook de kamer en badkamer zijn prima.Kortom, een aanrader!
