This hotel is highly misleading and far below expectations. We arrived early and were refused the luggage storage service that was clearly promised on the booking site. The staff gave vague excuses and left us carrying heavy bags around for hours.
There is no real 24-hour reception – at night, no one was available at the front desk, which raises serious safety concerns.
The room was much smaller than shown in the pictures, with poor lighting and dated facilities.
This is not a 4-star experience, and the price is totally unjustified.
I strongly do not recommend staying here, especially if you value comfort and honest service.

The hotel is small, pleasant, and quite charming.
One small drawback: the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. But for one or two nights, it's great. For a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star (I confirm this and agree with the Google reviews), it's perfectly adequate.

When I just arrived, they provide me a card for one room, and when I tried to enter, there was some nude person on the bed. When I complaint to reception, they told me that they made a mistake, and that they will give me another room.
Furthermore, room had a strange smell when entering for the first time, and it didn't look clean, especially the curtains and under the bed. Room (as usual in Paris) is really small, but bathroom was clean and correct size. Breakfast was in the underground floor, and it has limited food options with not the best quality (definitely overpriced!!! I recommend not to take it and just buy some croissants and coffee from any nearby bakery).

Charming hotel in a good location
Small, stylish hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, quiet yet close to public transport. We'd be happy to stay again!

The hotel pictures are wrong, and other buildings are used for publicity. The overall environment is good. It is located in the western business district, with good public security and many white people, convenient transportation. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock and is rich and delicious
