Clean hotel, but I miss the traditional German hospitality. Self Check-in and a Robot to deliver your food simply doesnt match with the area and the style of the hotel. Staff very friendly, great location next to the sledge slope. Lovely cottages, nice spa.

We had a wonderful time at the Dorint. We had three personal requests - all were fulfilled in a very short time with a lot of friendliness and helpfulness. Room nice, pool nice, breakfast delicious. Thank you so much for this lovely weekend at your Hotel!

Das Hotel gehört zur Dorint Gruppe und sollte somit per se dem Standard entsprechend und der Klassifizierung sehr gehoben sein. Die Anlage ist weit geläufig schön gelegen gepflegt und sauber. Der Service ist überaus freundlich.. was ich jedoch als absolute mangelhaft bewerte, ist in der Winterzeit, wo Schnee liegt die Sicherung der Straßen und Wege. Die Treppenstufen sowie Straßen war nicht gestreut und haben sich in eine gefährliche Rutschpartie hin entwickelt. Ich muss ehrlicherweise sagen mit der Hotel Klassifizierung ist es mir egal ob es sich um ein Wochenende oder ein Feiertag handelt. Dort muss 24 /7 die Straße unterwegs gestreut und von Schnee befreit sein, sah die Wege zu den Apartments ein sehr starkes Gefälle haben. Nachmittags um 17:00 Uhr lagen auch keine Handtücher mehr am Pool für neue Gäste auch da erwarte ich von einem Viersternehotel leider mehr . Ansonsten ist es aber ein Hotel. Mit sehr freundlichen Personal einem sehr schöner Ausblick. Und einer sauberen gepflegten Anlage. Als Paar oder Familie geeignet.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr lecker und das Abendarrangement hervorrgand! Saubere Zimmer und Spa-Bereich mit 2 Saunen, Rückenrotlichtsitze, Ruheliegen und verschiedenen Duschen Komme nächstes Jahr wieder :)

Schöne Anlage im Grünen, bzw nahe an der Skipiste.
Schöne Anlage. Aber: Es wird gerade intensiv im Bereich der Ferienwohnungen der Innenausbau renoviert. (… sogar Sonntags).
Die Bedienungen sind teils sehr zuvorkommend, teils leider recht verschlossen.
Das Parken auf der Anlage ist bequem und günstig. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut - und neu.

Zu hoch im Preis für den Zustand des Hotels.
Zimmer sehr ungepflegt vor dem Bett ein riesiger Pfleck so das man nicht ohne Schuhe über den Teppich laufen möchte. Parkplatz ist sehr seltsam vor dem Hotel ein riesiger leerer Parkplatz ohne gebühren. Und im Hotelzimmer wird beim einschalten des TV gewarnt das man 250,-€ zahlen muss wenn man an der Strasse parkt. Was so nicht der wahrheit entspricht.
