Liebe Leute die dieses Hotel buchen wollen. Hände weg von diesem Hotel. Das dies in die Jahre gekommene Hotel kein 5 Sterne Haus ist, war mir klar. Der Parkplatz war wie auf einer Mülldeponie. Das Zimmer völlig dreckig mit viele Hinterlassenschaften aller Körperflüssigkeiten. Schimmel im Bad. Bettüberzüge mit Löchern, Haaren und Flecke. Ein ekelerregender Geruch im ganzen Gebäude. Sehr euch die Bilder an. Diese sprechen für sich.

Ich hatte über für meinen Bruder Volkmar eine Übernachtung im Hotel Alfa in Neu-Isenburg gebucht. Als Check-in Zeit wurde 15 -16 Uhr bestätigt ! Aber um diese Zeit war niemand da, sodass mein Bruder vor verschlossener Tür stand. Er rief dort tel. an und ihm wurde gesagt, dass erst um 17.30 Uhr jemand vorbei kommen könne, um ihm aufzuschließen ! Aber dann hätte mein Bruder seinen Termin verpasst ! Nun wurde ihm angeboten, zum Isenburger Hof zu laufen, um dort einzuchecken. Meinem 73 Jahre alten Bruder wurde also zugemutet, eine lange Fußstrecke zu einem Hotel zu laufen, wo er nicht hin wollte, zumal dieses weit entfernt von seinem Terminort lag ! Einfach ein unverschämtes und kundenunfreundliches Verhalten ! Dieses Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen !

I had the worst experiance dealing with Hotel Alfa and it seems that everyone ive spoken to about them agrees that they are not a serious business! I politely raised my complaints over the phone and was asked to call back in one hour. I tried calling them a total of 50 TIMES after the first contact, but was completely ghosted.

I ticked the box showing we would arrive between 10am and 12 noon but hotel was locked when we arrived at 11am. Rang phone number on the door and was told no-one would arrive before 2.30pm as they were on lunch break. So we could not leave our bags. Someone did arrive shortly after 2.30 and gave us a key to room and side door. By the time we left at 11am on Wednesday we saw no-one reappear in reception. Curtains half size of window so bright very early. Door to bathroom was smashed where lock should be. No shower gel.
