I have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed my stay. It’s a well appointed hotel in a good location. The staff are generally friendly (the night porter is lovely!). The reason for only 4 stars was my experience at check out. I expected to just hand over my key but was told by the lady on reception that I owed nearly 500 euros. I told her I had already paid and she replied very tersely "no you haven't”. I explained again that I had paid ******* when I booked. She spent a few minutes clicking away at her computer and then said "oh yes, you have paid" She could have done that before telling me I hadn’t paid. We were set to arrive after the reception had closed so they gave us a code to get into the building and told us where the keys were. The rooms were clean and functional, we were only there for a few hours between flights but it was comfy and clean enough to get a few hours sleep.

Zentral für eine Geschäftsreise in Neu-Isenburg und gegenüber von Supermärkten und Bäckerei. Es fährt ein Bus direkt zum Flughafen und einer direkt zum Bahnhof Neu-Isenburg (S-Bahn).
Zimmer schön eingerichtet, sauber und mit ausreichend Platz. Empfangspersonal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Ich bekam einen günstigen Preis ohne Stornierungsoption, ansonsten schon eher gehoben vom Preis.
