I booked a room through *******, with a confirmation number in hand and was refused a room upon arrival, citing they did not have the booking information. I showed them on my phone and still was turned away citing no rooms available. The hotel blames ******* and ******* blames the hotel, Both are a mess. I would suggest NOT using *******, and would suggest this hotel get on the same page if they are allowing them to book for them.
