I booked a room through *******, with a confirmation number in hand and was refused a room upon arrival, citing they did not have the booking information. I showed them on my phone and still was turned away citing no rooms available. The hotel blames ******* and ******* blames the hotel, Both are a mess. I would suggest NOT using *******, and would suggest this hotel get on the same page if they are allowing them to book for them.

The front desk clerk Jamie is very rude and hateful she won't let you speak she constantly talks over you. She also isn't an honest person she says one thing and does another. She doesn't know how to check people out or give receipts or cancellations confirmations she also has a very foul mouth! I highly do not recommend staying here since the managers allow such behavior!!!! Not a very pleasant experience or friendly place

Horrible stay
This was so not worth the money. We didn’t have duvets on the bed, there were not any towels in the room and to top it off there was not a shower curtain in the bathroom. The number beside the door was missing and there was a note left asking if anyone had information to please report the whereabouts. Tub was nasty had to clean it out the refrigerator had mold. Just a horrible experience but it was too late find another hotel.

Awesome staff! Feel like family! I really enjoyed my time there. Had packages delivered while I was there staff always seen I received them. Ms V is my favorite!!! I recommend this hotel to anyone. Whenever my company is in the area, I recommend this hotel to our staff.

USABLE BUT BROKEN!!!!!!!
The folks there was sweet but the room we were in was clean but a few items were broken. The hanging area in closet was broke and the shower caddy that holds the shampoo and other stuff was broken!!!! Even though things was broken they were still usable!!!!!!!
