The New Hotel Blue Weiss

We didn’t stay at the hotel itself, but today, after walking along the Netanya embankment, we were forced to look into the hotel. The fact is that it was already evening and, unfortunately, the public toilets were all closed, and there are situations when you really need it... And so my wife, overcoming severe embarrassment, went into the hotel and very politely asked the Russian-speaking woman at the reception that it was possible please go to the toilet as it is really necessary. The woman’s answer was simply amazing: “No, it’s absolutely impossible! It’s prohibited.” In fact, the reaction was as aggressive and toxic as possible. It was very unpleasant and we left the hotel blushing. I sincerely wish that no one experiences such emotions and the “responsiveness” of the staff.
