Da circa 20 anni periodicamente passo qualche giorno in questo hotel e mi sono accorto di non avere mai scritto una recensione su TA. L'albergo è formato da una serie di strutture sparse in un curatissimo giardino, ciascun fabbricato contiene 3-4 camere dotate di terrazzino da cui si gode un magnifico panorama verso il mare. Le camere sono semplici ma pulitissime, la pulizia quotidiana è perfetta, il bagno è piccolo ma efficiente. L'hotel dispone di una magnifica piscina con lettini e bar, molto gradevole al rientro dal mare. La buona colazione a buffet viene servita in una terrazza panoramica. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, immerso in un'oasi di tranquillità, a 150 metri da una bellissima spiaggia e a 3' di macchina dalla famosa spiaggia di Voidokilia. Questa zona del Peloponneso è bellissima e ancora non è stata travolta dal turismo di massa. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Die Bewertungen für dieses Haus sind hier ja sehr unterschiedlich, deshalb möchte ich mal einiges relativieren. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein Traum, und kostet normalerweise an vergleichbaren Plätzen mehrere hundert Euro pro Nacht! Der Pool ist top, groß und sehr sauber. Auch die Poolbar ist klasse, ebenso wie der Meerblick sowie die luftige Frühstücksterrasse. Der riesige Garten ist gepflegt, und fußläufig sind 2 Strandlokale sowie der herrliche Romanós Strand erreichbar. Alle Parkplätze sind sowohl am Strand als auch am Hotel sind kostenlos. Das super ursprüngliche Dorf mit einer Taverne wie im Film und regelmäßiger Livemusik ist in 5 Min. ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Da die Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer inkl. Frühstück aber nur rund € 80,- kostet, kann diese Aufzählung der Superlative natürlich nicht endlos so weiter gehen. Ja, die Zimmer sind klein und sehr einfach, und das Bad ist wie in den 1970er Jahren……aber sehr sauber. Auch die für südeuropäische Gebäude typische Hellhörigkeit ist nicht angenehm, aber das habe ich auch schon in Hotels für € 450,- erlebt. Aber außer zum Schlafen hält sich doch auch niemand im Zimmer auf, und wer nachts mit entsprechender Bettschwere ins Zimmer kommt, und die Klimaanlage anschaltet hört eh nix mehr! Für uns ( 4 x da gewesen ) ist das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis einfach genial!

Wonderful hotel. Very friendly & helpful staff. Rooms clean & comfortable. Swimming pool with fab views. Excellent barman. Short walk to beautiful beaches. Ideally a car but if restful hol wanted beach / pool good. Varied breakfast included

A hotel complex with a beautiful location, slightly elevated, with a large pool and comfortable sun loungers, but that's about it. As soon as you enter the room, it smells musty and the room furnishings are extremely dated (it's not clear that it was renovated in 2005, the rooms certainly weren't). The bathroom has a shower curtain (rod attached to the ceiling with wire, hopefully it won't fall down), as is the room. Breakfast is OK, but absolutely carelessly prepared. There are a lot of tradesmen staying here and few tourists. We didn't feel comfortable here and voluntarily left after 1 night even though we had booked 4. Please renovate, otherwise it will remain pretty empty. The local tour guide is aware of these negative points and was extremely helpful when we moved.
