Excellent place, loving owners both Lili and Monica, the thermal pool is wonderful, the room very comfortable, always attentive to what one needed. We really feel at home. SUPER RECOMMENDED, I WILL BE BACK.

The hotel is super run down. What you see in the photos is a super partial crop of what it is. The bathroom is one of those cheap hotel plastic ones. On top of that, one of the rooms they gave us was regular and the other had mold, and they told us to put up with it, that because we came from the capital we thought we were superior but that this was normal. They put a lot of ambient perfume on it to hide it, and they told us that they did that in all the rooms (it was a lie, because the other one that didn't have mold didn't have that smell). The treatment was very bad (especially from the lady who was in the hotel). The one who answered us by phone, after explaining in different ways what was happening, agreed to return the money to us. We do not recommend it for ANYTHING. Mistreatment and poor quality of facilities. There are so many better options to go. Tripadvisor lists it as one of the best but they have to change that, because it is based on old opinions. They told us that the hotel was full and they couldn't give us another room. We understood, and asked if they could give us
