Really awful beds . Two singles pushed together, ( which we did not mind ) but they were so light & flimsy they kept moving . The noise from the floor above was awful all night long, it sounded like someone moving furniture constantly or maybe it was their beds moving . The Pillows were lumpy and horrible . The Beds were really poor quality and very hard. We did not sleep well and moved to another hotel the next day despite having booked and paid for three nights . I did mention this to the receptionist when we left . Our loss but we could not spend another night there . The Pool and jacuzzi are nice though not heated and great views from the rooftop.

Have stayed at the Mena Plaza hotel several times. I've also stayed at 6 other hotels in Nerja, this hotel takes pride of place. The location is superb and the staff are extremely friendly. Cleanliness seems to be a priority which is a bonus. As to the staff they are very welcoming. I'd like to mention Mata on reception and Phillipe in the cafeteria they go the extra mile to ensure that you are well catered for. Angelo and Elena on reception and Sofinan in the cafeteria are also helpful. This hotel never fails to meet our needs, fully recommend.

Nos hemos llevado una gran sorpresa, la habitación simple pero práctica, super limpia, una ducha enorme y amplia terraza. Y la piscina y jacuzzi espectacular. Y la localización increíble en plena plaza del ayuntamiento. Volveremos seguro.

We should book 3 rooms for friends but decided to book at another hotel. The reason why we didn't book: Our friends were charged for icecubes when ordering a glass of wine. 20 cent per person for ice cubes. This got really expensive for Mena. We are definately not booking in the future as long as they charge for ice cubes 3 double rooms in 3 days - this is what the lost

Muy buen lugar para tomar algo con las amigas y Ari una camarera encantadora y trabajadora excepcional. Muy buenos precios y una carta muy variada donde hay mucho donde elegir. Un lugar que repeteria sin lugar a duda si vuelvo a Nerja con amigas o familia.

Fuimos de despedida de soltera a tomar algo y terminamos cenando por el buen servicio. Es decir, un servicio excelente. Hemos recibido una atención buenísima y Ari ha sido una camarera excepcional y vale muchísimo para este oficio. La comida estaba buenísima.

I recently stayed at Mena Plaza Nerja and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very nice and offers excellent value for money. Its location is perfect, being very central and making it easy to explore Nerja. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. One of the highlights is the small pool on the roof, complete with a hot tub – a great spot to relax and enjoy the views. The staff are very friendly and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. I would highly recommend Mena Plaza Nerja if you are traveling as a couple. However, it might not be the best choice for families, but for couples, it's ideal. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

excellent rapport qualité prix une belle surprise à deux pas de la mer, parking privatif beau roof top avec piscine et bar ravis de notre expérience de 4 nuits accueil très sympathique seul bémol le petit déjeuner en sous sol un peu triste et e donne pas envie de s'attarder
