Clean, basic 3 star, family run. Staff pleasant & reception staffed 24/7. Residents mainly in their 60s +. Good breakfast - hot & cold selection. Tasty if expensive bar snacks. Bedroom comfortable, on 4th floor & quiet. Lift worked. Bar prices crazy. €5.70 fof z single vodka & beer almost €5. 10 minute walk down a very steep hill to beach. 14 minute walk to old town where shops & restaurants are.

Absolutely beautiful hotel,staff wonderful, nothing was a bother.nice to be remembered on return visits. Handy for buses if you want one, breakfast is amazing plenty choice. Short walk down to the balcon. Not huge hills coming up from town ,just zig zag along streets. Cuts the hill. Burriana hill is very steep but you have 2 options if you can't manage the hill upwards. Use the foot path a bit down brings you out at the paradox hotel. Or if you can manage steps,there's a view to see walking up the path with steps ,brings you out near Bakus restaurant. Trebol cafe is amazing,food is 100% fab,staff always busy but take time to speak and make you feel very welcome. Little bar across from Trebol is cosy and again lovely staff.make you most welcome. This hotel and their staff made us feel special from the moment we arrived. We know it's not easy for hotels to stay open out of season, so we really appreciate being able to come here in winter. The temperature means you can explore all day because it's not too hot - we went to Málaga and Frigliana on the local bus, took a trip to Granada, and just walked the beaches and explored the town. We had a street view room - the street is one way and fairly quiet, especially with the balcony doors closed. But when you open them, you get a sea view! The nearest beach and the town are about 10 minutes walk away, as is the main bus station. We had no problem getting here on public transport from Málaga airport, or the hotel will arrange a transfer. Breakfast has a great choice and everything is fresh. We loved the snack bar when you don't feel like going out but want a drink or a bite. Great value delicious food. And the staff in this hotel are fantastic!

Hotel gone downhill. Room tiny and dirtier than previous experience. Receptionist arrogant and unhelpful. There are better hotels in Nerja for the price - prices have doubled in the last few years and the standard of the hotel has declined at the same time.

Very clean with a very Spanish feel. Breakfast really good. Quiet location up from Burriana beach. Approx 15 mins slow walk into Nerja Centre. All staff helpful in every department. It's on a slight incline. 6 Euros in taxi to Nerja. We had a road side room lovely hill views. Sun on the pool side .

A really lovely little hotel with the most loviest of staff. We had a Flamenca Room which had plenty of space, a modern bathroom with excellent shower and lots of English channels on the tv. Breakfast was bountiful and the chef (Augustine) was the loviest person who really made our stay alongside all the other staff who were always friendly and efficient. The location is perfect as away from noise but only a ten minute walk into town. Am already looking to book again next year!

Really enjoyed the location and facilities . We stayed in the larger room. Good aircon, safe deposit box , coffee making facilities , amazing shower . Hotel was quiet too. Reception lady was really friendly and helpful . Breakfast is amazing . The lady making eggs / omelettes called Augustina was such a great person . Friendly , good sense of humour and the best food ! She really made our trip . We can’t wait to return !

This is a lovely friendly hotel a short walk from Burriana beach. It’s a bit of an uphill walk back but good for working off the extra calories you’ve eaten at the delicious beach side eateries. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a nice balcony overlooking the street which was set back with a pathway and gardens in front. The shower was excellent, it was extremely powerful, so much so that I had to turn the pressure down. Now I’m home my shower seems rubbish! The breakfasts were amazing, delicious omelettes and poached eggs cooked to order. A very good selection of hot and cold breakfast items and fresh coffee. Very clean and comfortable dining room with friendly attentive staff clearing tables quickly. We ate in the bar on our first night and the food was very tasty. The waiters were all very friendly.
