I just spent a six-day stay at this hotel and I was very pleasantly impressed. Although I initially did not have high expectations, once I arrived at the hotel I was surprised to find that the reality was different from what I had anticipated. A chic hotel, completely renovated recently, located in the center of the resort. I had the all-inclusive package and I was not disappointed at all. The daily variety of food, pork, sea food, chicken beef and lamb, very tasty, very good homemade cakes and excellent coffee. A very well-trained staff, kind and always ready to help you. Due to the fact that the hotel is seven hundred meters from the beach, tourists are provided with a free tuk tuk every half hour, which is extremely useful. Do I recommend this hotel? Definitely YES! And I say this after visiting many five-star resorts in Egypt, Tunisia or even Turkey where sometimes I found conditions and services below what I received at the Grand Caraiman Hotel. We will definitely return here!

The hotel looks good from the outside but has shortcomings that are mandatory for the 4 stars: There is no table in the room, no telephone, no cosmetics, no safe, they don't even have a chair, no clothes dryer on the balcony. The bathroom is tiny. The cleaning is poor and the pool is ice cold, which is unacceptable. No one goes into the pool, only 2-3 brave ones, which makes it impractical.

the resort is very clean, nice staff, excellent swimming pool and outdoor furniture! breakfast and dinner served was excellent. I kindly recommend for couples 💑 and families. they have also nice playground and activities for childrens.

It is a refurbished hotel, the owner invested in it, but not in a way to make it more functional. It is intended to have a luxury appearance, but without a high level of cleaning, also în the rooms it will not be possible at all. When we arrived the room was clean, but during the stay it was not cleaned at all. The rooms are very small, not at least for a 3* hotel, but a 4*? We are slim persons and the bathroom was a challege, but for a fat person it must be almost impossible to enter inside and close the door. The balcony was too dirty and it was not cleaned at all during our stay. Wifi is almost inexistent în the rooms, when I asked the receptionist said nothing. The breakfast is somehow at average, no vegetables, just fried ham, eggs, low quality cheese and sweeties. The personnel is not well trained to avoid looking at someone's every bite, this is not polite at all. I do not recommend, the quality/price rațio is about 1/2.

I recently had a wonderful vacation at Grand Hotel Caraiman and I can wholeheartedly say that this place is a hidden gem on the Romanian coast , from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, which set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay
