We are from the south and it's our first time in the north. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we felt the attentiveness and patience of the staff. The receptionist at the door was attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently led us to the front desk to check in. The front desk staff was also enthusiastic and introduced the characteristics of the hotel to us, including the room types and what was in the room. They were very professional, and after we checked in the room, someone led us how to get around.
