It was a magnificent welcome. The towels on the bed shaped in the shape of a baby elephant, a rose or two... This while I knew everybody was training for a new menu, the kitchen being upgraded. Fully booked they were and - Everything went smoothly. The attention to detail, having my cup filled with coffee and me continuously emptying it. Lona, the Manager is superb and her staff, people like Portia in admin, Tammy in front... And THIS is why I will never use Airbnb in Mbombela. I already booked our spot for next year's Inniebos!

Very bad service, since this is a Town Lodge was expecting a very high standard of hospitality but was disappointed by the overall service I r receive. It very important if you are running a business check if the service you are offering to your you yourself will accept it. (Breakfast and lunch not enough options, staff looked demorolized) Please put back telephone in your rooms and ask your employees to respond to your guests request. I actually didn't sleep because there was this noise which prevented me to fall asleep. As much as I like the area but I am definitely not coming back to this hotel.

The is know warm water . We bathed with cold water . Air conditioning is not working. When we check out and advised the hotel that we did not have warm …. The receptionist didn’t even bother to respond. They just need to improve on the customer experience.

From the moment we arrived to our farewells 24 hours later, our experience at Town Lodge Mbombela was flawless. Thank you to Adri and her amazing team for looking after us so well and taking the time to make my 88-year-old disabled mum feel so welcome and special. The rooms were spotless and more than adequate for our needs. The breakfast was fabulous and the service outstanding. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Nelspruit. We will definitely be back.

The receptionist was very polite and professional. He is so helpful even when you ask some questions he answers with a smile. The room was supper clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay💯
