Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter waren zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, halfen die Koffer ins Zimmer zu tragen und haben auf unsere Fragen und Anliegen sehr gastfreundlich reagiert. Das Guesthouse umgibt ein schöner Garten mit Fischteich. Ein schöner Pool nahe bei den Zimmern bietet Erfrischung und wird gut unterhalten. Der Ess- und Aufenthaltsraum ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet eine schöne Sicht auf Garten und Pool. Wir haben nun zum 4. Mal innerhalb zwei Jahre bei Joerns gebucht und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal hatten wir die Gelegenheit die King Suite zu buchen. Auch wenn es nur eine Nacht war, so war es aussergewöhnlich und hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir können Jörn's Guesthouse nur wärmstens Empfehlen. Wir haben Jörns Guesthouse vor und nach unserer Rundreise im Kruger Nationalpark gebucht. Die Lage des Guesthouses erlaubt eine relativ schnelle Fahrt zum Kruger Mumpalanga International Airport oder zum nächst gelegenen Gate Malelane. Ebenso sind zwei bekannte und gute Restaurants zu Fuss oder Auto schnell erreichbar (Mocambique, Zest!)

A true gem.
What a gem this place is. My room was as described and went beyond my expectations. We spent a week inside of Kruger National Park utilizing their cabins and bungalows so this was an outstanding respite. I definitely recommend it.

Jorn’s Gastehaus is absolutely beautiful. We were quite pleased to walk over a small wooden bridge with lots of fish swimming about to arrive at the “Queen” Cottage. It was very. spacious with a high ceiling and stain glass decor. The room included a very large comfortable bed, twin bed, small refrigerator, large tub, living room, and separate bathroom with walkin shower and bench. The decor was splendid, and it was such a pleasant surprise. We also loved our outdoor patio, and enjoyed sitting in the rain forest atmosphere. The manor itself had ample parking, beautifully decorated breakfast area, as well as a bar and living room. It also had a large outdoor pool with clean, warm water, nicely maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and one could order a hot meal as well. The staff was very accommodating, and they certainly deserve recognition for their outstanding service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to make reservations again. We definitely recommend staying here if you are in this area. Thumbs up to Jorn’s Gastehaus!

Perfect stop on the way to Kruger. It has become part of our Kruger holiday itinerary. The breakfast spread is delicious and just what is needed before a long day traveling.

Jorn's is a beautiful guest house and the King suite is very comfortable with all the amenities you need. The spa bath is incredibly large and the outdoor shower a real treat!
