I would recommend this hotel for accommodation as it has a beautiful, tranquil setting and the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff kindly assisted us to arrange a shuttle service to our wedding and kept my pillow safe which I forgot in my room.

Lovely views, spacious rooms, great food and service. A must to stay over when visiting Nelspruit. My wife and couple of our friends stayed over for the weekend. The staff was very accommodating and handled the fully booked guest house very well.

We had a great 3 day stay in this hotel. The restaurant part of this hotel has a beautiful view. The security was very friendly en helpful, they called a taxi for us and even washed our car before our leave. The reception helped us with printing the panorama route and booked a self drive at Krugerpark for us. The women at the breakfast were very friendly. The room we had was on a corner and was very nice. The bath takes a lot of room in the bathroom, the plinth needs some attention and the curtain must be seen at but that's all I would chance here.

econd time at Sheppard and didn´t disappoint. Quiet place, with some amazing views of the city and a spectacular view of the sunset. Went there with my wife and daughter and staff were particularly helpful with our toddler. Loved the dinner. Definitely a place to go back.

Everything was top tier, service from Chantal, Anton and the kitchen staff was amazing. Oh yes, security too? We loved the assistance from our vehicle to our room, very thoughtful and highly appreciated. What was just a downside, was the thin walls between rooms, that was a letdown, but overall, a lovely stay and would like to come when the weathers are warmer
