The place is fine and we have been using it for most of our trips in Nelspruit however the service quality has drastically decline. The dinner provided was overcooked and only one person was working in the kitchen and also serving everyone which i found it not practical. also on the 3rd, my colleague who was travelling with me was not provided breakfast because he came to the dining area at 09h00 and was told breakfast time is over but no one explained this rule that breakfast time ends at 08h30. They didn't even have the audacity to pack the breakfast for him and did not refund him. also, you are as guest expected to fetch an iron at the reception. the service was bad this time

Lovely cool spot
Stayed twice going and coming back from the Kruger. Excellent both times and staff obliging for all requests. Will certainly come again.

An oasis of calm, with extremely friendly staff and great service. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating of our unpredictable plans and easily moved around our bookings with no fuss. The eclectic yet harmonious de or and beautiful outside spaces made it a pleasure to return here after a full day.

Very quiet and private. Outside sitting area was excellent Room was basic, but clean and adequate. We didn't use the dining or meal facilities so cant speak to that. But we were treated well and had an excellent stay. Inside gated parking was available.

The rooms were clean. No bottled water in rooms. Dinners felt rushed. Staff do not communicate with each other regarding extra guests for dinner. Would not recommend to friends and family.
