Personnel de réception pas à l écoute et ne concentrant que sur les téléphones Chambres sombres , vieillottes et en mauvais état : une lumière de chevet cassée , des serviettes de salle de bain grises , une seule table de nuit , une moquette repoussante , une serrure disfonctionnante nécessitant intervention .. etc etc Un mauvais séjour après 8j dans le bush Certainement pas au standard des hôtels Mercure traditionnels !!!

The place is in dire need of a major upgrade.
Broken tiles on the steps.
Lots of damp on the buildings.
Algae in the showers.
Broken window blinds.
Poor functioning air con
I also felt unsafe as there were people playing very loud music in the parking lot and drinking

Bad experience
Reception is extremely bad. Upon arrival told us to go away and come back later they had electricity problems. Telling a client that is tired after a 10 hour flight to go away and come back later….. had to fight to get invoice… pure hell

Standards dropping
I have stayed at the property before, and the standards are dropping. Bongani at reception was amazing, THANK YOU! The property needs serious maintenance. There are clear signs of moisture near the door of room 404. The floor-tiles in the bathroom are loose, the board supporting the vanity in the bathroom is rotten and the silicone that someone tried to apply is terrible. The shower-head is leaking water. The soap dispenser isnt proper, the reservoir is unceremoniously put on top thereof, and often falls off. I had to phone reception to attend to both aircon and telephone remotes were not working, I also had to ask at reception AGAIN the next morning to have it fixed. I also noticed some milldew on the inside of the shower despite the entire room reeking of bleach. MASSIVE cockroaches running around the lounge department
