We had a peaceful stay at the hotel. It is close to other services like restaurants and shops. I would like to see a microwave in each room so that visitors can warm up their food.

When we arrived to check in Sat 28 Sep 2024, we were informed that the price of our rooms had increased from R675 to R3000 each. We made the booking back in May 2024 and Coyotes never honored our booking and price. There was no notice of booking cancellation and we were informed that if we don't pay the extra R2325 they won't provide us with accommodation. Shocking place situated in an old and unsafe part of Nelspruit CBD.

O hotel está bem localizado, no meio da cidade, e pessoal é carismático e prestativo. A questão que concerne factor alimentação é de se rever pois o restaurante/ lounge do hotel está a uns 200m do hotel.

Hotel is good with all amenities, but we are told not to venture out except by CAB. We have not faced any inconvenience during our stay.Staff are extremely helpful.Mr Salvin took us for booking tours and even to one Indian restaurant in his vehicle free of cost. Overall breakfast is good.

There were a few letdowns. No wardrobe, no shower door, no access control, aircon wasn't working, blanket wasn't clean (in the middle of winter). Location is great.

Spending time at Coyotes is always a pleasant experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The venue is neat and very clean. Highly recommend!
