I stayed at The Hotel Nelson for two days during Boxing Day. It is very close to the center of Nelson. It only takes about 13 or 14 minutes to walk to the city for meals. The check-in/out speed in the hotel is very fast. The facilities in the room are very complete, including an induction cooker for cooking, basic tableware, and a hair dryer in the room (but the wind is not strong). There is also a swimming pool in the hotel. It is very comfortable.
Nice stay at the hotel Nelson! You’ve got all the equipments including induction cooker, dishes and utensils, nice water pressure for shower, really nice staff. Would recommend to anyone want to stay in Nelson for trips!

The room is a bit large, and some of the equipment/appliances look dated, but the facilities are complete and the heating is very warm.

A very pleasant hotel with very good services, swimming pool, free parking and restaurant with bar.
Very comfortable bedding, very good location for walking to the city center.

Although the room is not big, it is still quite clean. There is a small kitchen where you can buy ingredients to cook. The downside is that the Wi-Fi in the room is really poor, with basically no signal.
