I visited the hotel directly the day before to confirm the reservation, but the hotel said the reservation was not accepted. I think there was some mistake on Trip.com. It is hard to trust. I finally got in touch with the staff in Korea and they resolved it well. Thank you to that staff. My family was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was friendly and the facilities were good. It was old, but not disappointing. I used the sauna in the hotel, and it was really nice for the first time in a long time.

XXUEHotel location is convenient, walk to the main street of the city 7-8 minutes. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are complete, and the separate kitchen is suitable for those who like to cook their own meals. If you bring a child, you will have to pay for the child. Filling out the child information when booking a room automatically calculates the room rate and automatically assigns the appropriate room. If you temporarily increase your child's stay, you will need to add a child's room rate. This is a motel with plenty of parking.

AAnonymous UserSuitable for children. Location is very good. Very few can also bring dogs. There is a coffee shop to bring dogs. There are diverse forms of accommodation. One bedroom, two bedrooms, use public kitchen, use public restrooms, self-housing car.

MMarvin ZacariasThe room is spacious and looks modern, but as soon as I stepped in with my partner, a putrid smell lurked the rooms.i informed the receptionist about the smell and she just told me that it's the standard smell of all rooms. (Gross) and I then told her, the receptionist, that if she can get me a spray or something to mask the smell. She never came back. Horrible service. Like atleast have the decency to come back. I felt unwelcomed, and ripped off.

Especially watching a live game of rugby( all blacks beating the boks)
Very comfortable beds great linen and pillows we stayed in a twin poolside room with spabath and 2 double beds
Highly recommended and at a great rate
We looking forward staying here again

GGuest UserNice welcome friendly and helpful when enquiring about things, not happy with wifi constantly fading and their answer was “ tried to get it fixed but ? “ on website they offer airport drop offs but don’t due to complaints from the local cabbies so why still advertise this !!! And finally when dropping off key on checkout didn’t ask how our stay was or anything so not happy with the service.

A bit of noise from the music in the outside bar area in the early to mid evening, the speaker was right under our window, which might be a problem to some, not to us.
Food was good , but a little on the expensive side for us, personally,

There was a bathroom in the room and bath towels were provided, so it was comfortable.
I was happy that I could use the washing machine for free.
The woman at the reception was also nice and had a nice atmosphere.
New Plymouth is a wonderful city!

GGuest UserHad a private room which was clean and very comfortable. Cosy too. Only spent two nights but would’ve been happy there on a long trip. The shared areas were great too, especially for socialising. Staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay again.
