Great place as a base to go and explore the surrounds and play golf Clean, great pool and close to all cafes and restaurants in Nelson Bay.

Amazing experience right from when we arrived late to check in, we were greeted at the car park with an umbrella and a trolley to take our bags inside! Where do you get that service anywhere anymore??? Amazing hospitality and the rooms are stunning all freshly renovated new furnishings and the bed & pillows OMG so comfortable! This will be our weekend getaway spot from now on! We’ve even re booked for next month again before we left! Thank you and We wish you well on your journey of this spectacular place!

not worth the money
Highly disappointed in this hotel advertised as a 4star which it certainly isn't check in was very slow and our room we had booked was given to someone else luckily the room next door was vacant so we had that also advertised is safe and hair dryer in the room which weren't there had to go out and buy a hairdryer the room is spacious and clean bed is comfy breakfast there was plenty to choose from but not the best we really didn't enjoy it l'm sure if you look you will find better places in Nelson Bay for the same money

Staff were friendly and obliging however the hotel is very dated and in desperate need of renovation. All parking in the open and the pool area is in need of a lot of work.

Could improve in some areas.
There is no reason why this hotel cannot provide a hot breakfast for guests. They have the equipment but choose not to. The quality of food provided for $15 was quite poor.
Also the bed mattress was very uncomfortable on one side and needs turning or replacement.
Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. The room was mainly comfortable & the view and pool lovely.

Check in was quick and easy, the view was amazing and the room was nice and clean. Love it very close to the beach and town center

La habitación es una auténtica pasada, las camas súper cómodas y la ubicación estupenda. El servicio y el trato inmejorables, sobre todo la recepcionista Mar que fue un encanto y me ayudó con todo haciendo la estancia perfecta!! Un lugar al que volver sin pensarlo
