Great welcome with guidance on where to go and what to do. Really easy location for the many restaurants, bars and coffee houses. Room was immaculate. Very happy to recommend. Car parking is tucked behind but immediately adjacent. Doesn't provide breakfast but plenty of good options within 100 metre walk

This was a great alternative to a larger hotel. Location is excellent, close to everything in downtown Nelson. There is a great roof top patio for relaxing. We stayed in the larger "Willow Suite" on the main floor, which had a large living room area, and a private porch. The room was very clean with beautiful decor throughout. The bed was very comfortable and had luxurious linens. Lots of extra nice touches such as robes, and coffee and tea in your room. Would definitely stay again.

Quick trip through Nelson and beyond. Two nights here in a Queen suite. Very nice, very comfortable, close to everything down town. Staff were very helpful with things to do, places to see. Railway trail was quite good. Highly recommended!!

We stayed here just one night but it was enough to take in the charm of this lovely hotel. Our room was tastefully decorated and equipped with all we might need during our stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and the fan so quiet you didn’t know it was on. We were in the Cedar room with private bathroom down the corridor - that too had everything we could possible need and added a certain charm to our stay. Chris went out of his way to remedy a slight admin hiccup for us for which we were very grateful. It is not often someone will go that extra mile for their guests. Thank you Chris!

I had a four night stay here in June and loved it. Everyone was super friendly and nothing was too difficult. Had some great chats with all the staff. It felt like I was at home. Our room was great - we had a lounge area and separate bedroom. The lights go out at 10.00 pm so room was nice and dark and quiet.

I am so happy I chose this little hidden gem! Sitting in their comfy bed writing this review. It is so cute, clean, love the original wooden floor in the bedroom, the bathroom is bright and cheery, love the floors in there too! If you want to stay somewhere a little unique, this would be a great choice. We are in the double bed small room, would love to try the king room next time we are in town. Bed is still cozy, pillows nice, very homey feel. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Coffee tea stand was nice, wish there was honey is my only wish. Deck looks nice for a morning coffee, may go try it out!

Love this little hotel. Very welcoming and the room was quaint and comfortable. Much nicer than a chain hotel and had many thoughtful touches. We just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hospitality.

Very quaint place. A nice break from chain hotels to give you that ,"homey" feeling. Felt like a B&B without the breakfast. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Situated in a nice neighborhood and very close walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops.

This place thought of everything! Our room was so welcoming and comfortable, absolutely spectacular. The owner is on site and ensures your stay is of the utmost quality. We have stayed all over the country, and this is by far one of if not the best place we've ever stayed. We enjoyed it so much that we intend on making this an annual adventure.
